Helen has been creating art for thirty years, and has used her automatic art practice as a healing meditation. Her passion in technology has driven her professionally and intellectually. She takes her abstract works and uses artificial intelligence to automate her practice, and transform them into final pieces of art. She uses over a thousand of her art pieces to create new pieces of artwork. She brings together her love of art and technology to create something new, every one piece of artwork comes from hours and hours of training a machine to interpret her art.
In 2018 two passions came together, more as experiments, but in 2020 was the year to start creating collections.
Helen co-founded an artificial intelligence startup specializing in customer analytics and predictions in 2018. She also teaches part-time at the University of Toronto, at the Department of Computer Science, and the Department of Computer and Mathematical Sciences since 2013.
